Installed in 2010 in Anjou starting on 2 ha of vines, I currently exploit 3.5 ha in organic farming. They are spread over 4 plots in the municipalities of Beaulieu-sur-Layon and St Lambert-du-Lattay where the soils are mostly composed of shale. The cellar is located in the town of Chanzeaux.
The work of the vines is done by hand: pruning, trellising, cutting, plucking and harvesting.
The age of the vines varies between 90 years for the oldest and a plantation in 2015 for the youngest. Garo'vin produces 4 vintages with 4 grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau and Chenin.

All the grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, always at optimum maturity.
I practice natural vinification without any additives. The goal is to intervene a minimum, do not practice racking the winter, do not intervene on the temperatures, avoid the change of tank, work on long winemaking ...
