The change was in 2009, when we left urban life to settle as winemakers in the Jura. It's been four years of effort, learning, beautiful encounters, trials, disappointments sometimes, but especially satisfactions. In 2013, we start biodynamic certification with Demeter. Beyond AB certification, this additional label guarantees that our wines: • are fermented only with the indigenous yeasts present on our grapes; • contain even fewer sulphites than the new European organic wine regulations allow; • are never chaptalized to increase the degree of alcohol; • come from vineyards treated with lower doses of copper, thanks to the use of herbal teas that reinforce and balance them. Our farm is located in Mesnay, a small village adjoining Arbois in the remote Planches-près-Arbois. We cultivate nearly 4 hectares in AOC Arbois and AOC Arbois Pupillin with a large majority of Savagnin for whites and Ploussards for reds.

Le changement, c’était en 2009, lorsque nous avons quitté la vie urbaine afin de nous installer comme vignerons dans le Jura. Cela fait quatre ans d’efforts, d’apprentissages, de belles rencontres, d’essais, de déceptions parfois, mais surtout de satisfactions.

En 2013, nous entamons la certification biodynamique avec Demeter. Au-delà de la certification AB, ce label supplémentaire garantit que nos vins :
•sont fermentés uniquement avec les levures indigènes présentes sur nos raisins ;
•contiennent encore moins de sulfites que ce que permet la nouvelle réglementation européenne des vins biologiques ;
•ne sont jamais chaptalisés pour augmenter le degré d’alcool ;
•sont issus de vignes traitées avec de plus faibles doses de cuivre, grâce à l’emploi de tisanes qui les renforcent et les équilibrent.

Notre exploitation se trouve à Mesnay, un petit village jouxtant Arbois dans la reculée des Planches-près-Arbois. 
Nous cultivons près de 4 hectares en AOC Arbois et AOC Arbois Pupillin avec une grande majorité de Savagnin pour les blancs et de Ploussards pour les rouges.
