We are in the Faugères Appellation, certified organic, we do not use sulfur, native yeasts, and have mainly Red but also a little White.
Concerning the grape varieties, there are Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvedre, Grenache, Aramon for the Lanterne Rouge vintage.
For white, terret white and gray. And we have just planted white picpoul.
We also made a sparkling wine but very little.
Our main production is still wine.
Everything comes from our production.
We work with respect for life, the common good and for future generations.
We have not plowed the soil for 7 years. We create a culture of conservation.
And of course done with the heart.
