Jardins de Fleury is the replanting from 2016 to 2020 of a micro-estate on family land in Thouars. Three hectares of vines cultivated biodynamically in respect of the place dating from the 14th century and its great biodiversity, planted at the junction of the Armorican massif (soils of quartz schists) and the Paris basin (clay-limestone soils with flint). Two great emblematic grape varieties of the Loire, Cabernet franc and Chenin...to give wines of terroirs, plots, alive reflecting their vintage. Gentle vinification in a gravity cellar with the aim of maturing without make-up in concrete eggs, sandstone jars and a few patinated barrels.
