We are a small family wine farm in Valle Isarco/Alto Adige. We cultivate 3 hectares according to organic principles in the town of Villanders. Our steep, terraced slopes are between 550 - 700 m. The barren, gravelly quartz phyllite soil is the basis for salty, juicy, and multi-layered wines. "Less is more" is our motto in life & cellar: early hand harvest, gentle pressing with various maceration time. Spontaneous fermentation. Malolactic fermentation. No fining.
