We are a family of winegrowers, with about 15 hectares of vineyards in the Lisbon region. The viticulture is all in Organic Production Mode and the wines have a very low level of human intervention, all without the addition of yeast. We seek to make terroir wines with autoctones varieties. We are also involved in projects to protect old vines, some of which are 130 years old. We are also in a demarcated region to make Medieval Wine of Ourém, which is a wine with over 800 years of history and which combines white grapes (80%) with red grapes (20%) as the Cistercian monks did.
