La Cave aux Fioles is in the south of France, in the heart of Roussillon and nowhere else. We are located between Rivesaltes and the foothills of the Corbières Moutains. We set up the cellar in a old chapel, part of a very old farm the Mas Vespeille (century XII).

Since 2018, I have been working with passion and respect for life on our terroir of beautiful Limestone and old clays. Our property covers seven hectares (17 acres) of small and old plots of vines.

The traditional pruning as “gobelet” requires almost exclusively manual work throughout the seasons. This cultivation method is perfectly suited to the dry, windy and sunny climate. We are certified  "Methode Nature", Organic and practice biodynamics.

Our yields are very low, which allows us to harvest fruit at full maturity.  We have well-adapted native grape varieties: Lledoner Pelut, Carignan, Macabeu, Malvoisie and Grenache blanc.

Our commitment is based on manual work, joy, respect for nature and humans.
