ordina is the toponym of the area of the Berici Hills of Lonigo (VI) where our vineyards are located. A territory formed by the succession of rocky layers due to the marine sedimentation process. The muted expression also means doing things on tiptoe and that's how we produced our first wine in 2019. The project starts from the recovery of old vines and new plants for a total of 8 hectares of vineyards, 4 of woodland and 1 of orchard and olive grove. The cultivated varieties are: glera, garganega, tai rosso, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and pinot noir. We work the land in the most natural way possible, eliminating the use of any chemical substance. The harvest is manual in crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes until the moment of vinification. In the cellar we enhance the characteristics of the raw material and the terroir with spontaneous fermentation, without clarification and filtration, accompanying the must in its natural transformation process. Sulphites are used only when necessary and in minimal quantities. Our wines are sincere and unique, companions of thunderous laughter. Cheers! Camilla and Michele

Sordina è il toponimo della zona dei Colli Berici di Lonigo (VI) dove si trovano i nostri vigneti. Un territorio formatosi dalla successione di strati rocciosi dovuti al processo di sedimentazione marino. L’espressione "in sordina" vuol dire inoltre fare le cose in punta dei piedi ed è così, che nel 2019 abbiamo prodotto il nostro primo vino.
Il progetto parte dal recupero di vecchie vigne e da nuovi impianti per un totale di 8 ettari vitati, 4 a bosco e 1 a frutteto e uliveto. Le varietà coltivate sono: glera, garganega, tai rosso, merlot, cabernet sauvignon e pinot nero. 
Lavoriamo la terra nel modo più naturale possibile eliminando l’uso di qualsiasi sostanza chimica. La vendemmia è manuale in cassette per preservare l’integrità dell’uva fino al momento della vinificazione.
In cantina esaltiamo le caratteristiche della materia prima e del terroir con fermentazioni spontanee, senza chiarifiche e filtrazioni, accompagnando il mosto nel suo naturale processo di trasformazione. I solfiti vengono utilizzati solo se necessario e in quantità minime. I nostri vini sono sinceri e unici, compagni di fragorose risate. Cheers! Camilla e Michele
