The company is located in south-western Sicily, with headquarters in Montallegro (AG). The lands are located above the Torre Salsa Reserve, near the Scala dei Turchi and next to the Gorgo Lake. 4 hectares of vineyards, not all in production yet 2 hectares of olive grove 1.3 hectares of almond grove (old trees being restored) I don't do treatments on both the almond and olive groves, only green manure of wild herbs and tillage of the soil. In the vineyards I use animal feed, green manure, sulfur and copper (<500g/ha) in powder, given by hand and/or with a crawler. The fermentations all take place spontaneously and my interventions in the cellar are minimal and essential, so that the fermentations and refinements take place in the best possible way. At the moment I don't have any certifications even though I already work in organic farming.
