The vine is our garden. Since 2001, our vines managed between wild flora and fauna, allow us to pick whole grapes, ripe or overripe, in harmony with the six terroirs of the village worked by the generations that preceded us: late pruning, no tillage, no amendments or additions, treatments at low doses of copper, sulfur and fenugreek, rolling or mowing only the day before the harvest, no intervention in green but preserved foliage and braided branches, harvest in crates, slow pressing, spontaneous fermentation ... for wines with a strong personality. Signatures of our terroirs, they are based on the succession of living mechanisms, between soil life and indigenous yeasts, without a priori definition of the balances obtained. Between permaculture and non-action, we share our experiences and our emotions by offering a very wide range of wines, favoring the coherence of our activity: organic wines, unfiltered or sulphited wines, particularly in bottling.

Depuis 2001, nos vignes conduites entre faune et flore sauvages, nous permettent de cueillir des raisins entiers, mûrs ou sur mûris, en harmonie avec les six terroirs du village travaillés par les générations qui nous ont précédés : taille tardive, non travail du sol, ni amendements ni apport, traitements à faibles doses de cuivre, soufre et fenugrec, roulage ou fauchages uniquement la veille des vendanges, pas d’intervention en vert mais feuillage préservé et rameaux tressés, récolte en cagettes, pressurages lents, fermentations spontanées… pour des vins à forte personnalité.

Signatures de nos terroirs, ils reposent sur la succession des mécanismes du vivant, entre vie du sol et levures indigènes, sans définition à priori des équilibres obtenus.

Entre permaculture et non-agir, nous partageons nos expérimentations et nos émotions en offrant une gamme de vins très large, privilégiant la cohérence de notre activité : vins biologiques, vins non filtrés ni sulfités notamment à la mise en bouteilles..
