Bruno Allion is a natural winegrower based in Thésée (40km from Tours). he is originally from the wine region: at 19, he took over the family vines, at the time on a conventional basis, for the local cooperative. But since then, the estate has changed a lot… First stage of the transformation: in 1995, Bruno converted his farm to organic then obtained the Demeter label in 1997. Modestly, Bruno Allion then began to vinify his own wines, on 2 or 3 hectares. Result: 8000 bottles per year of extraordinary “natural” wine. He retired at the end of 2017 and since then he has been traveling the roads and enjoying a well-deserved rest ... He has passed on his 13 hectares of the Cher valley to various winegrowers who continue his philosophy (Bertrand Mjol, Damien Menut, Paul -André Risse and Anouk Lavoie-Lamoureux ...)
