History of “El Jardí dels Sentits” “Le Jardin des Senses” is a vineyard, planted by our great-great-grandparents Raventós from which our mother, the artist Mª Assumpció Raventós inherited 10 Ha. Then, our father Javier, captain of a ship, left the oceans still caught by the vines of the heart of the Penedès in his dream of perpetuating the tradition of making good wine. I studied oenology in Dijon, and my work as a winemaker in the family vineyard since 1998, allowed me to know the potential that these small plots always worked with passion and great ecological awareness. The wine will speak to you through the senses, exposing the efforts buried in our vines. Our Misteriós wines are monoparcelle (single plot wines) with miniscule productions of 2000 bottles to interpret how each varietal is expressed in that plot. (Plots of 0.5 to 1 Ha). Our sparkling wines are blends of the most original varieties, all in the freshness that the Mediterranean air brings us every evening in summer. Only the natural cold of winter clarifies and stabilizes our wines, so they present slight precipitates or even crystallized natural salt. “Le Jardin des Senses” est un domaine viticole, planté par nos arrière-arrière-grands-parents Raventós dont notre mère, l'artiste Mª Assumpció Raventós a hérité 10 Ha. Puis, notre père Javier, capitaine de navire, a quitté les océans tout restant attrapé par les vignes du cœur du Penedès dans son rêve de perpétuer la tradition de faire du bon vin.
J'ai étudié œnologie à Dijon, et mon travail comme vigneronne dans le vignoble familial depuis 1998, m'a permis connaître le potentiel que ces petites parcelles toujours travaillées avec passion et grande conscience écologique.

Le vin vous parlera à travers les sens, exposant les efforts enfouis dans nos vignes.
Nos vins Misteriós sont des monoparcelle (vins à parcelle unique) avec des productions minuscules de 2000 bouteilles pour interpréter comment chaque cépage est exprimé dans cette parcelle. (Parcelles de 0,5 à 1 Ha). Nos vins mousseux sont des coupages des variétés les plus originales tout dans la fraîcheur que l'air de la Méditérranée nous amène tous les soirs en été.
Seul le froid naturel de l'hiver clarifie et stabilise nos vins, ils présentent donc des légers précipités ou même du sel naturel cristallisé.
