The living is so well made that if we talk about natural wine, there are no 2 identical wines across the planet, unlike industrial wines which all look alike.
The industrialization of wine is the end of all these identities, these nuances, these characters that make the magic of a bottle.
The work on our estate is a bit like the summary of all that.

An ever more thorough search for the expression of these: our 35 ha of vines are cultivated today in Biodynamics (Demeter certification) to let the soil live, to have grapes free of chemical products, to allow fermentations with natural yeasts, to reduce the doses of sulfur in the cellar.
This search for aromatic diversity has led us to produce 28 different cuvées, often terroir by terroir, with many innovations taking into account the extraordinary potential of the Jura vineyard.
Our working method requires a lot of effort from us and our entire team. There are 15 of us working all year round, helped by a few students in the summer, and in September...50 pickers.
Finally, there is no lack of projects between the creation of new cuvées or the replanting of vines such as Clos de la Tour de Curon, without forgetting the desire to always go further in this quality which is so important to us.
