A project like a Proust madeleine to remember those harvest mornings when we still trod the grapes by hand. To remember those moments when we look with childish eyes at these adults who taste this precious nectar from the barrel. It is to share the idea that we can make wine differently and alternatively by combining rigor, sensitivity and sharing. A project as a place of expression, reflecting a lifestyle turned towards nature and the ocean to feel again these moments of fullness and adrenaline. A concept, because certain places, like forgotten nuggets, touch us and are like evidence that invites us to interpret it differently. Attached to the notion of "sensory landscape", we want these wines to evoke all the singularity of the soils on which the plots are based and "taste" the surrounding flowers and tree species. The companionship of plants, agro-ecology, native yeast flora, the uncertainties of breeding, then take on their full meaning in this winegrower's approach. Sadon Huguet was born from these convictions. Formerly used to quantify the work of a winegrower and his beef in a day, the Sadon unit of measurement has been revisited to share this terroir juice with you. We hope that you will experience as much emotion in tasting these wines as we do in having produced them. On less than 2 ha of vines, located on a limestone plateau, we offer 3 cuvées with very different universes. The common thread remains chalk dust and wines envisaged without “filters”, all in native yeasts and without sulphur. Beautiful grapes and the right gestures at the right times remain our priority. During aging, stoneware amphoras cooked over a wood fire and Burgundy barrels help us to sublimate all these subtleties of the terroir.

Un projet comme une madeleine de Proust pour se souvenir de ces matins de vendange où l’on foulait encore le raisin à la main. Pour se souvenir de ces moments où l’on regarde avec des yeux d’enfant ces adultes qui dégustent ce précieux nectar à la barrique.
C’est partager l’idée que l’on peut faire du vin autrement et de manière alternative en associant rigueur, sensibilité et partage.
Un projet comme un lieu d’expression, reflet d’un style de vie tourné vers la nature et l’océan pour ressentir de nouveau ces instants de plénitude et d’adrénaline.

Un concept, car certains lieux, tels des pépites oubliées, nous touchent et sont comme des évidences qui invitent à être interprétés autrement. Attachés à la notion de « paysage sensoriel », nous souhaitons que ces vins évoquent toute la singularité des sols sur lequel reposent les parcelles et « goûtent » les fleurs et essences d’arbres environnantes.

Le compagnonnage des plantes, l’agro écologie, la flore levurienne indigène, les incertitudes de l’élevage, prennent alors tout leur sens dans cette démarche vigneronne.

Sadon Huguet naît de ces convictions. Autrefois utilisée pour quantifier le travail d’un vigneron et de son bœuf dans une journée, l’unité de mesure Sadon est revisitée pour vous faire partager ce jus de terroir. Nous espérons que vous éprouverez autant d’émotion à déguster ces vins, que nous de les avoir élaboré.

Sur moins de 2 ha de vignes, situées sur un plateau calcaire, nous déclinons 3 cuvées aux univers très différents. Le fil conducteur reste la poussière de craie et des vins envisagés sans « filtres », tout en levures indigènes et sans soufre. De beaux raisins et les bons gestes aux bons moments restent notre priorité. Durant l’élevage des Amphores en grès cuites au feu de bois et des barriques bourguignonnes nous aident à sublimer toutes ces subtilités de terroir.
