Organic winegrowers in the unspoiled landscapes of the foothills of the Larzac plateau. We defend a vision of wine that respects nature, all our wines are organic, manual work preferred. The remarkable geological mosaic of our soils is expressed in our lieu-dit cuvées. We seek the original purity of our terroirs by aging in concrete vats. We like the idea of durability, making wines to drink in their youth but which keep. Brilliance of the fruit, saline finish, fine, deep and structured mouthfeel guide us in our low-intervention vinifications. Our wines are a journey through time (the reflection of the vintage) and through space (the expression of a place). Sébastien: the winegrower, born in Saint Etienne, likes to take care of his vines, the collective, ride his tractor and think while listening to the Humeur Vagabonde on the radio. Conductor of the harvest... Always has projects in his head... the last being to be president of the AOP Terrasses du Larzac. Béatrice: The Winegrower, likes to sort the grapes, vinify, taste, talk about it... She knows our terroirs better than anyone and particularly the Saut du Poisson and its ruffe canyons, or the paths on Schistes des Maros that she travels on a mountain bike. Born in the Gard, it is to her that we owe the installation in the south.

Vignerons en bio dans les paysages préservés des contreforts du plateau du Larzac. Nous défendons une vision du vin respectueuse de la nature, tous nos vins sont biologiques, le travail manuel privilégiés. La mosaïque géologique remarquable de nos sols s’exprime dans nos cuvées lieu-dit. Nous recherchons la pureté originelle de nos terroirs par des élevage en cuve béton.
Nous aimons l’idée de la pérennité, faire des vins à boire dans leur jeunesse mais qui se gardent.
Eclat du fruit, finale saline, toucher de bouche fin, profond et structuré nous guident dans nos vinifications peu interventionnistes.
Nos vins sont un voyage dans le temps (le reflet du millésime) et dans l’espace (l’expression d’un lieu).

Sébastien : le Vigneron, né à Saint Etienne, aime s’occuper de ses vignes, le collectif, monter sur son tracteur et réfléchir en écoutant l’Humeur Vagabonde à la radio. Chef d’orchestre des vendanges...

Elle connait mieux que personne nos terroirs et particulièrement le Saut du Poisson et ses canyons de ruffes , ou les chemins sur Schistes des Maros qu’elle parcourt à VTT. Née dans la Gard, c’est à elle qu’on doit l’installation dans le sud.
