Bastian Wolber talks about himself in a few words, but you manage to make his peaceful soul feel immediately. In the Jura he got there by chance, to work at Ganevat out of determination. Due to an accident during the vinification that compromised his stay at Jean Francois, Bastian Wolber returned to Baden and with the free time available he was finally able to look for and finally buy grapes. Thus were born the first labels of a project that tells of Mondeuse della Savoia grown on Mont Granier, of mixed plots of Jean Marc Dreyer in Alsace, of pinot noir from an old vineyard on limestone in Baden.
