Due to an accident during the vinification that compromised his stay at Jean Francois, Bastian Wolber returned to Baden and with the free time available he was finally able to look for and finally buy grapes. In fact, the research was immediately a success and Bastian himself was surprised by the so much generosity received. Thus were born the first labels of a project that tells of Mondeuse della Savoia grown on Mont Granier, of mixed plots of Jean Marc Dreyer in Alsace, of pinot noir from an old vineyard on limestone in Baden. But Bastian Wolber is a young, curious winemaker who throws himself into challenges, such as joining the Santini Collective or making micro plots with Jean-Yves Bizot. A winemaker with the courage to create new things.
