4.5 hectares of crafts. That may not be a lot, but for us it is a lot. It is the essence of life that we bottle 100% hand-picked, unfiltered and completely natural. Because less is more. We cultivate our vineyards, which are all located around our house in Edelsbach in the Styrian Vulkanland, according to organic guidelines. Our wines are fermented with natural yeasts, unfined and only receive a small amount of sulfur before bottling. Our vines are additionally strengthened with homemade herbal extracts.
