The vineyard: works of manual and horse floors. The low-dose treatments of copper and sulfur are always accompanied or replaced by preparations made from wild plants (nettle, horsetail, chamomile, yarrow, comfrey ...) collected by me. The vines are certified in Organic Farming and Nature and Progress.
The wine: All the wines are without sulphites added, unfiltered, not glued, pressed with the vertical press of the great-grandfather. Whites, reds and rosés are usually macerated in whole bunches for several days depending on the mood. Then, according to the cuvées, the tannins, the aromas ... are raised in barrels or are bottled.
