Encore un vin à 12° très surprenant d’une couleur assez claire tout en indiquant que tout y est (pas filtré) et une singularité dans l’approche, sans doute le caladoc que je découvre comme cépage, avec une puissance qui se dissipe assez rapidement pour laisser un plaisir dans le palais.
Pur grappe juice with a wooping 13.5 degree. Lightly tanic, on the red fruit note with slightly nutty flavor. Very enjoyable to drink on a chill side.
