Former sommelier having crossed France and the Emirates, I currently operate 2ha 50 of Aop Régnié and Morgon in organic or end of organic conversion certified by Ecocert. The winery is located Place Fontaine Clémentine in the village center of Beaujeu and the plots on the heights of the villages of Régnié-Durette and Morgon. "Les Châtillons" represent 0.64 ha of vines in Gamay aged around fifty years on sandy-granitic soil. "Lachat" is an equivalent plot in area a little lower towards the village, a 80-year-old vines producing attractive milleranded grapes. The yield is lower there, giving a high quality wine. The soil is very stony, gently sloping facing south-east. "La Chambéry" locality facing the castle of Régnié surrounded by meadows and horses. (1 ha) Morgon is a hundred-year-old vine, a vineyard on sandy soil. All the plots are plowed by horse, the phytosanitary treatments are based on water, with a backpack sprayer.
