Le Monde est Petit, a young farm created in 2018, in Tigné (49540), in Anjou, by a duo: -Arnaud, whose desire was to produce, in his region of origin, a good wine for friends, non-standardized, which expresses the personality of the soils and of each vintage. -Hervé, winemaker for ten years working in organic and natural vineyards. In this tiny world of 3.5 ha (2 plots of Cabernet Franc, 1 of Grolleau, 1 of Chardonnay), Hervé works the soil in an artisanal way, respecting nature and biodiversity, without the use of pesticides or herbicide. The production is limited by a short pruning of the vine, so that the grape expresses all its flavor. Manual harvest. Vinification is carried out using the yeasts naturally present on the skin of the grapes. No or very little added sulphites.
