Grape varieties: Abouriou, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay. Treatments: Copper, sulfur, herbal teas. Dynamizations and manual applications of biodynamic preparations. Grassed vine with light work in intercep. Manual harvest in 12 kg crates over the entire estate Natural vinification. Pigeage feet. Slight addition of sulfur on the red when bottling (2g / hl).
