Luc PERCHER, winemaker in Cour-Cheverny since 2005, takes care of his 9ha of vines. This atypical vineyard is made up mainly of old vines mainly from mass selections with no less than ten different grape varieties. Some are rare or modest such as: Romorantin, Menu-Pineau, Gamay Fréaux, and Chaudenay. Luc is committed to the preservation of this biological heritage. Soil maintenance, through superficial working of the soil (hilling, stripping, scratching) and the establishment of controlled natural grassing, participate in the management of the vineyard in organic and biodynamic agriculture. These practices respectful of the Earth, Plants and the Environment support the development of biodiversity and preserve the terroirs. The philosophy in the cellar, minimalist on the interventions gives pure and lively wines that reflect the grape varieties and their terroirs. This work and these commitments are recognized and certified by the BIO and Déméter labels.

Luc PERCHER, vigneron à Cour-Cheverny depuis 2005, prend soin de ses 9ha de vigne. Ce vignoble atypique est constitué principalement de vieilles vignes issues majoritairement de sélections massales comptant pas moins de dix cépages différents. Certains sont rares ou modestes comme : le Romorantin, le Menu-Pineau, les Gamay Fréaux, et Chaudenay.

Luc est engagé dans la préservation de ce patrimoine biologique. L’entretien des sols, par un travail superficiel de la terre (buttage, décavaillonnage, griffage) et la mise en place d’un enherbement naturel maitrisé, participent à la conduite du vignoble en agriculture biologique et biodynamique.

Ces pratiques respectueuses de la Terre, de la Plante et de l’Environnement soutiennent le développement de la biodiversité et préservent les terroirs.

La philosophie au chai, minimaliste sur les interventions donne des vins purs et vivants qui reflètent les cépages et leurs terroirs.
