Love this wine. The nose is so balanced at the moment - green leaf, spearmint, fennel, white pepper, pear. So fresh and clean on the palate, plenty of fruit, with saline and yeasty flavours throughout. Nothing is out of proportion. It is not overly complicated nor is it really special, it just drinks really well and is so well made. Total SO2 is only 7mg/l RS 0.6 g/l alc%12

Semplicita’, bellezza e pulizia, ovvero una bottiglia in costante ed infallibile equilibrio: tra cristallo e paglia all’occhio; tra frutta gialla, sambuco, camomilla e pepe al naso; tra salinità e acidità in bocca; tra l’inizio di mandorla ed una lunga fine di pompelmo rosa.
