Located in the Alt Camp in the town of Santes Creus, the brothers Xavi Padró and Andreu Padró started the Rural project in 2018, in which we make wines without additives from our different plots. We make monovarietal and monoparcelarios wines from autochthonous grapes. We work the landscape to have a better environment, and thus be able to extract the products in the most respectful way possible with our territory. In 2015 we obtained the ecological certification (CCPAE) in our vineyards. The wines are made without additives and are not filtered. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. Our cellar is in the basement of the family home. We use fiberglass containers, stainless steel, demijohns and barrels.
