We produce our wines without the use of enological supplements, save for sulphur. Every variety of wine is produced using autochtone fermentation. Since 2011 we are a part of ecological winemaking control programme. We organize wine tastings with local snacks by previous reservation. 5 hectars vineyards, organic certificated since 2012, first generation of winegrowing, located on slovenian coast, 1 km from the sea, 85-125 meters from sea level, pendence of land 35%, terasse vineyards, soil marn, production per year 20000 bottles, vineyard using sulfit and coper with algs and minerals for plants, compost for the soil, hand picked grapes, in cellar spontaneous fermentation, no filtrations and stabilisations, wine containers:clai amforas, inox tanks, some old wood barrels.
