Hi I'm Andi - doing natural wine since 2018 in the beautiful franconian countryside. DURING THE YEAR We're having our very own little projects going on at the winery. Filling the wines in local franconian oak barrels is not enough - besides two amphores, we now have a kvevri as well... THE HARVEST We harvest very early each year, mostly with the beginning of September. We harvest by hand with the best team you can imagine. Friends, family, people who came to visit and become friends. It's the most intense time of the year. And probably the most beautiful. NATURE We are certified organic and we love our vineyards. We sow a lot of greenings every year and want to give as much as possible back to our beautiful nature. Mostly our vineyards are old - up to 60 years. The most grown grape variety is the lovely Silvaner. SOIL Our soil is called Keuper, a kind of plaster. A very old and unique stone, which makes our wines herbal, spicy and fresh.
