Domain of 1.60Ha in Alsace in Ammerschwihr (Haut-rhin), in the process of organic certification Creation of the estate in 2020 on 80 ares of Gewurztraminer and Auxerrois, then expansion in 2021 with the addition of new plots of Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer. The vine is cultivated manually and on the principles of biodynamics with preparation of herbal tea, decoction and macerate of plants, use of biodynamic preparations 500 and 501, respect for biodiversity and living organisms, treatment based on essential oil, sulfur and copper (in a moderate and reflective way for minimal and optimal use). Manual harvest in boxes then vinification in a natural way, without oenological inputs, or other processes that could change the nature of the wine (fining, filtration, etc.)
