Small trading company (if not having vines, for the moment) in Berrie.

I work on three grape varieties:

_ Chenin blanc and Cabernet Franc from Montreuil-Bellay (organic for 20 years).

_ Chardonnay from Layon (organic for 5-10 years).

Pruning and disbudding are done with a precise physiological approach.

I work a lot by gravity, in a troglodyte cellar (under my house). I have two small presses. Without any sulfur on all my vintages.

Total production for 2023 is approximately 30 hectoliters.
