Pèira Levada is the small estate of 4 and a half hectares in AOP Faugères that I created in 2018, divided into ten
small parcels of vines all around the town of Laurens, on different types of soils composed of
shales, marbles and granites.
The vineyard is conducted according to the principles of biodynamic and organic agriculture, all the operations
practiced in the vineyard favor the maintenance of the vitality of the soil with the greatest respect of the Living, in
using only substances of mineral or vegetable origin to protect it and animal manure for
The grapes, picked up manually in crates, are scraped and fermented by gravity, then vinified with their flora
native, without any oenological input or sulphite being used.
