We have been working since 2016 in Sanlucar de Barrameda. We have 3 hectares while biodynamic. We are an association between David Leclapart (winemaker at Trepail in biodynamics since 1998) and Alejandro Muchada (winemaker at Sanlucar and learned with David). All the vinifications are with spontaneous fermentation, work under lees, sulphitage that at the beginning, in the settling (final <10mgr / liter), not filtered.
