In 2009 the “Punta de Flecha” project was born, with the aim of preserving and giving continuity to our family's vineyard.

This vineyard, located in Serranillos del Valle (Madrid), has incalculable value as it is the last one left in this town. Urban development pressure devastated the entire wine heritage of Serranillos del Valle, so this jewel, planted in 1940, deserved very special care and preservation. Over the years we have found more vineyards, in similar situations, that have been joining this project and that are located in nearby towns: Batres, Carranque, El Álamo... All of them are already part of this very special project that fights by the resistance of these last wonders that cannot disappear.

Our work philosophy is based on total respect for the environment, both in the field and in the winery. The vineyard follows a very precise line of work that strives for respectful care of the plant and the environment that surrounds it. This work is based on total respect for the rhythms of the vineyard, thanks to systematic observation and experimentation in order to cover, in the best possible way, its needs and characteristics; and its treatment from fermented products and decoctions of various plants obtained in the same surroundings, such as nettle, horsetail, calendula and chamomile.

Already in the winery, the grapes obtained in these vineyards are made individually with the native yeasts of each area, thus preserving the identity of each vineyard; and the wine obtained, without using any type of oenological chemistry in its production process, is... just grapes! This being the purest identity of our wines.
