Terén produces natural wines through healthy, living agriculture, capable of improving and enriching the soils of our vines. We believe this is very important for the respect of the people who will drink our wines and an investment in the future of all of us. Different wines in the glass, capable of evolution with simple and ancient flavors, perhaps not perfect, but light, capable of making us happy and carefree. We must not rush and look for shortcuts, but respect nature and ourselves. An area of 12 hectares of vineyards, 16 hectares of arable land, ancient grains, a young hazelnut grove, an ancient apple orchard and flowery meadows for our bees. In the cellar we vinify everything in concrete barrels plus some experiments, all manual work, the wine is not filtered and/or clarified, no other product, except grapes, is present in our wine. The cleaning of the wine takes place by decantation and decanting. In the countryside and in the vineyard we introduced the Biodynamic preparations in 2020 and the certification with Demeter began in early 2022. The whole company is certified organic. The arable land is dedicated to biological productions that we resell and productions from ancient grains that we have transformed by a trusted mill.

Terén produce vini naturali attraverso un’agricoltura sana, vivente, in grado di migliorare e arricchire i terreni delle nostre viti. 
Riteniamo questo molto importante per il rispetto delle persone che berranno i nostri vini e un investimento nel futuro di noi tutti. 
Vini diversi nel bicchiere, capaci di evoluzione con sapori semplici e antichi, forse non perfetti, ma leggeri, in grado di renderci felici e spensierati. 
Non dobbiamo avere fretta e cercare scorciatoie, ma rispettare la natura e noi stessi. 
Una superficie di 12 ettari di vigna, 16 ettari tra seminativi, grani antichi, noccioleto giovane, un meleto antico e prati fioriti per le nostre api.
In cantina vinifichiamo tutto in botti di cemento più qualche esperimento, tutto lavoro manuale, il vino non viene filtrato e/o chiarificato, nessun altro prodotto, se non Uva, è presente nel nostro vino.
La pulizia del vino avviene per decantazione e travasi.
In campagna e vigna abbiamo inserito i preparati Biodinamico nel 2020 e inizio 2022 iniziato la certificazioni con Demeter. Tutta l’azienda è certificata Bio.
I seminativi vengono dedicati a produzioni biologiche che rivendiamo e produzioni da grani antichi che facciamo trasformare da un mulino di fiducia.
