Cider grower and winemaker, I took over the family estate created by by my grandfather in 2006. I have grown it biodynamically since the beginning and am very interested in growing it. so-called natural winemaking which favors a philosophy with little intervention and no addition of sulfur during winemaking.
The Six Feet Under range is a series of natural wines, vinified in barrels underground for 9 months.
