Our farm is family-run (owner Adriano Altea, Agronomist Maurizio Altea, Enologist Adele Illotto) with a predominantly wine-growing focus and has been adopting the organic cultivation method since 1993. Five hectares of vineyards falling under the Sibiola IGT denomination. Autochthonous and traditional vines (Nasco, Nuragus, Cannonau, Carignano, Monica, Sardinian Baebera, Moscato) trained with sapling and Guyot Poussard on white, clayey marly soils, in the low hills of the municipality of Serdiana, in southern Sardinia. Strictly manual harvest in small perforated boxes, with selection of the bunches, so that the grapes arrive healthy and intact in the cellar. We exclusively vinify the grapes from our vineyards. In the cellar spontaneous and sulfurous fermentations in very low doses.
