Light airy dry but citrusy, salty, apple-ey. So crisp. Just refreshing and delicious. Not sweet, sweetness is swapped for creaminess but subtlety. Very dry. If you like light bodied, dry, with interesting fruit notes, you will love this wine. Any pet nat lover will love this wine.
