Feb 2025It is true the local scene concerning Natural winemakers is solid and fully justifies a shelf of its own. Lisbon's wine region in particular the unofficial "DOC Oeste" is home for a group of real deal vinegrowers and winemakers that do not use pesticides, chemical frtilizers or any of the long list of oenology products & techniques.
