The palette is lively, spicy and tasty, full of cherries, blackberries, dried plums, fennel and herbs. Fermentation in cement vats and twelve months of aging in old Slavonian oak wooden barrels of various sizes.
Une DOCG Barbera d'Asti Superiore élaborée par Ezio Trinchero à Agliano Terme, au sud d'Asti, dans le Piémont. Fermentation pelliculaire de 30 jours dans des cuves de ciment, puis vieillissement en fûts de chêne. Un vin tannique, souple, velouté, fruité et épicé. Super!
