Pinot Noir - Grand Est - AOC Champagne
Vini macerati
Du brut, de la bulle Délicieux pour la fête
DRAPPIER Brut Nature- zero dosage-no sulfur dioxide addition-100% Pinot Noir. ------------- A pure, crisp and austere champagne, a blanc de noir in the land of Pinot noir. The nose and palate thanks to the total absence of added sulphites is lively and vinous, pear, plum, grapefruit, cedar, brioche, toasted hazelnuts and small red fruits excite and make the drink sincere and satisfying. In the mouth it flows linear and clean, eccentric freshness and minerality harmonize alcohol, sugars and glycerines, caressing the extreme limit of beauty and pleasure, drawing ever-changing, changing and dynamic sensations. Slowly he gives himself, he comfortably gives himself, he calmly opens up, as if to persevere in giving harmony ...... an extraordinary conjunction of a talented grape such as Pinot Noir which takes time to come out, but which when it does it becomes the protagonist of a long and unpredictable liquid experience in continuous evolution. MASTERPIECE Lying on the seashore, with sun brother but without star sister alas 🥴 https://youtu.be/bCvNgVREccc
