Ad un'altitudine di 170 m, e su terreni argillo-calcarei e limosi, i vitigni utilizzati sono Sauvignon, Semillon, Chenin e Muscadelle in bianco, e Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet-Sauvignon e Cabernet-Franc in rosso. T
Tutte le bottiglie vendute provengono dai nostri vitigni, certificati biologici dal 2006 e biodinamici dal 2012.
In cantina, il minimo intervento per esprimere al meglio il terroir.
