Un très beau pinot gris des dolomites italiennes, macéré sur peaux, et refermenté spontanément en bouteille, sans ajout de produits œnologiques ni de So2: c’est surprenant, salin, beaucoup de fraîcheur et de longueur, à découvrir!
MACERATO 2019 by Matteo Furlani ------------- Alcoholic drink of Pinot Grigio refermented, from vineyards of about 20 years grown on calcareous soil. Yeasty on the nose with herbaceous notes, renetta apple, slightly spicy. With a slender body, but granite acidity and flavor, a thirst-quenching, satisfying, perky and fresh grape juice, capable of stimulating the taste buds by preparing them for the next sip. A simple docile and disengaged drink, which nevertheless fills and mitigates an insidious and flat afternoon, confirming that FURLANI is synonymous with REFERMENTED.
