On Saturday, November 14, we’ll be welcoming three wineries from Alsace, the Languedoc, and Priorat. Christophe Mittnacht, a biodynamic winemaker from Hunawihr in Alsace with Terres d’étoiles, will be showcasing his fresh and affordable wines, which are a real delight. Cavino’s first winemaker ever, Hildegard Horat of La Grange du Quatre Sous in Assignan, Languedoc, will present recent vintages of her organic wines. Silvia Puig of En Números Vermells in Poboleda, Priorat, will impress with her wonderfully aromatic wines that age exceptionally well.
