Enter Aci Urbajs — Slovenia’s most stubborn, uncompromising, zero-BS farmer-winemaker. No additives, no shortcuts, no pretending. Just raw life from Kmetija Urbajs, where farming is radical and the wines don’t ask for permission.
For one day, Glacis Beisl becomes an Organic Anarchy Circus.
With Tina Urbajs in the ring, expect more than just wine: ferments, farm things, stories, strong opinions, maybe a little chaos. Definitely no polished speeches.
