An extraordinary wine tasting of five carefully selected organic wines awaits you in our historic wine cellar, atmospherically illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight. Each wine is accompanied by the gentle sounds of different singing bowls, whose vibrations are believed to have a regenerative and harmonising effect on the body and its cells – and to bring the wine itself into a special resonance. The resulting soundscape opens up a new, sensory approach to taste, transforming the tasting into an intense and meditative experience.
Afterwards, you will taste the wines again – this time in an open exchange with the other guests and the wine tasting host from Staffelter Hof. Together, we will explore possible differences in perception and let the experience linger through conversation and enjoyment. We will also serve homemade bread and olives from our farm.
Andrea Hartung is a sound massage practitioner and mindfulness mentor from the Vulkaneifel region. Through her sensitive and intuitive work, she combines sound, silence and experiences in nature to create a deeply relaxing and mindful experience.
