Un arc en ciel de cépages (je crois qu’il y a aussi du grenache) pour un vin qui a de l épaule, tendance cuir épais, ample, puissant et souple à la fois. Vigneron aux cuvées décidément très éclectiques (Wabi Sabi, Super Singla…) qui ne déçoivent jamais.
Puissant, droit .... je préfère des vins plus sauvage
A blended cuvée of 50% Carignan, 40% Grenache Noir and 10% Syrah. From 15-30-year-old vines grown on south- and north-facing slopes of stony clays. Vinification: maceration of whole bunches for 6 days. Maturation for 6 months in vats and barrels. Intense, ripe, fruity nose. Black cherry liquor, black pepper, licorice, cinnamon, chocolate, cacao beans Dry palate with young tannins, medium acidity and prounounced, fruity finish
