Closed just open but after a while it evolves and shows itself in all its pleasant delicacy and lightness in wildflowers, chamomile, honey, sage, barley, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits, up to the final sapid almondy notes .... Enter clean, linear and flowing .... a beautiful combination and balance between acidity, minerality and sweetness ..... loose and easy, it gratifies the palate and the bottle ends in an instant .... A drinkable wine, a didactic macerate, a complete, tasty and tasty natural wine. A wine as an emotional product ... a wine as nourishment of the spirit .... still caught in certain ranges, but if we could wait and welcome it, it will bring intriguing curiosity, extreme ductility and grim tenacity into the field .....
