BLANC DE NOIRS ........ MC NICOLA GATTA @nicola_gatta_metodo_classico Pinot Noir mainly 2012 with additions of vintages 2011-2010-2009, preserved in cement, short passage in wood from the oldest vintage, 70 Moons on the lees, Nature, no sulfur dioxide addition, disgorgement 9/19. A Pinot Noir with multiple nuances, a starting, transition and arrival point. Pulp, fruit, structure, elegance, acidity and a lot of salt ... this in summary the sparkling wine. The boise 'note is immediately felt on the nose, gives elegance and refinement, then rises .. A powerful, deep, rich and austere wine, tense and direct like all Nicola's wines, a tangible and recognizable hand, less human intervention, more terroir, vineyard and season. To drink absolutely not frozen but at a temperature of 10/12 degrees to allow the wine to open up and express all its identifying facets.
