LOVELY. Clean. Refreshing. High acid. Slight effervescence finish
This is Sancerre’s basic one but 2012 year made it so complex, well structured, fruity, mineral, a little bit of veggies notes.
Powerful stuff. Apples, honey, vegetable and earthy notes
Surprisingly clean for Riffeault. Great vintage. Apricot, plums and apples.
There’s more fruit in this vintage than in previous ones. Peachy. More botritis tho. Great stuff as always.
Great developing wine , first nose all about Sauternes / sweet Sauvignon , after 5 minutes starts to be more mineral and herbal . Dryed grass and fresh aloe - it’s beautiful Palate not too acidic , so it could be more friendly for beginners
