100% Syrah hand-harvested from vines grown in volcanic, mineral-rich soil. The grapes undergo a two-week long carbonic maceration before aging for one year in large oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. A light, joyous and unmoored expression of Syrah.
