Aroma is complex, grapes, fermentation, wild yeasts. Taste is very dry, light acidity, red fruits, refreshing. Taste is less complex than the aroma, and short-lived in mouth. Medium-low tannin in aftertaste. Each sip asks for more!
Nez fruits rouge de baies, cranberry. Promesse de gourmandise. Bouche souple, note végétale, fruits rouge mûrs. Tanins fondus. Finale végétale, menthe poivrée,beaux amer. Belle longueur en bouche.
